Bob grew up on his family's farm in Central Illinois, giving him the opportunity to see how hard work can return dividends down the road. Whether he was raising livestock for auction or trying to "break" a steer to halter, he quickly saw that the bigger the effort he put in, the greater the results. With that inbred work ethic, Bob has dedicated himself for over a decade to his true passion - real estate. Nancy is the Broker/Owner of Preview Properties.com and a Livingston County Resident of over 35 years. Nancy graduated with a Marketing Degree from the University of Illinois and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker and Salesperson since 1976. She has been the broker of record at Preview Properties.com since 1981.
Nancy is active in the community and has served as Director and President of the Livingston County Association of Realtors in the past. She is a member of the Brighton and Howell Chambers of Commerce.
As a mother of two and grandmother of three, Nancy enjoys cooking in her spare time (often for the office) and has attended cooking schools in Italy and France. WIth over 30 years experience, Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge while focusing on Preview Properties.com's commitment of "Customers for Life".
In June of 1998 Preview Properties.com became the first full service (residential/commercial) real estate firm in North America to earn ISO 9002 certification. SGS International Certification Services of Antwerp, Belgium issued the certificate based on compliance with the quality assurance requirements of the ISO 9000 standards. The International Organization sets these standards for Standardization, a worldwide federation of national standards bodies representing 91 countries. Scott is a graduate of Howell High School and Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science in business marketing. Scott was previously National Sales Manager for Ditch Witch in Perry, Oklahoma. Scott’s 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing allow him to help his clients buy and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties.
